We have our own factory located in Dalian which producing wooden DIY products and furniture. Also we have been cooperating with other factories when our production is full. But we will have the control on quality.
We use a wide range of solid wood materials as well as wood panels, including Pine, Birch, Beech, Oak, Ash, Cedar, Pallownia, MDF, Plywood and Particle board, etc. If you have no ideas about the raw materials, we would like to recommend you the suitable one according to the product and your budget.
It depends on the order quantity. Normally our lead time for a 20FCL is 45-50 days.
Sure, we can customize the package as per your requirement. Such as color box/mail order package for on-line sellers, and bulk package for wholesalers.
We prefer T/T 30% upfront and the balance against B/L copy. But we do accept other payment terms like Letter of Credit and Western Union. And also PayPal for sample cost.
